Stop the Insanity: Why I’m Running Against a Political Coward
I never had a desire to run for public office. But I got tired of listening to political speeches where you can't understand a word they say. You can't pin them down on what they'll actually do when you vote for them.
My opponent is the poster child for this. He has no views on anything until somebody tells him what his views are. I’m quite the opposite. I’m looking at the world as it is, and frankly, it’s insanity.
Foreign Policy Madness We’re watching our government talk about intervening in Venezuela and Colombia. Let’s be real: this isn't about drugs, and it isn't about humanitarian help. It’s about oil. It’s about billion-dollar companies stripping natural resources from other countries.
It’s gotten so bad that we are openly talking about "taking over" Greenland—which belongs to Denmark, a NATO ally. We are talking about attacking our friends. The Western Hemisphere is half the world, and no, it doesn't belong to us.
America Last? While we play games overseas, look at what’s happening to our wallet:
We handed $20 billion to Argentina to prop up bad investments.
Yet we were told we couldn't scrape together $8 billion to pay SNAP benefits for our own people.
In South Carolina’s 7th District, we have 40,000 households that rely on those benefits. We have farmers going broke because of stupid tariffs. We have seniors deciding whether they should pay their rent or buy food.
The Choice We’re wasting our money, we’re starting wars, and we’re picking fights.
Stop voting for someone because they have an "R" or "D" after their name. Start voting for someone who has common sense. My opponent is a political coward who will never speak up about anything.
Vote for someone who is actually going to go after things that are good for this district, for our working families, and for our veterans.
I'm John Gregory Vincent. Let's change the nuttiness.
