Bring down the cost of the things families can't skip.

Families here are working as hard as they ever have and still falling behind, because groceries, housing, utilities, and health care keep climbing while paychecks stay flat. This is where I start: ending the tariffs that tax nearly everything we buy, protecting Social Security, raising wages so a full-time job covers the basics, and making home ownership something working families can reach again. These are not partisan problems. They are kitchen-table problems, and they have kitchen-table solutions.

Good jobs, strong farms and small businesses, and a fair shot for our kids.

I built a small business here from nothing, so I know what it takes to make payroll and what it feels like when Washington gets in the way. Opportunity in the 7th District runs through our small businesses, our family farms, the Grand Strand tourism economy, and the schools that prepare the next generation. I will restore the programs that help small businesses grow, give our farmers the stable trade they can plan around, and build schools and training that lead to real careers right here at home.

Keep the promises we made to
the people who earned them.

I spent 20 years in the Navy and continued my life of service out of uniform. I know what we owe the people who serve and the people who paid into this system their whole lives. That means keeping our rural hospitals open, protecting the health care tax credits tens of thousands of our neighbors depend on, and never breaking a promise to a veteran, a teacher, or a first responder. We keep our word, and we hold the industries driving up the cost of care accountable.

Clean up Washington and make it live within its means

Washington is broken because too many politicians serve their party and donors rather than the people who elected them. I will bring the same accountability I brought to every command I led: real term limits, a ban on congressional stock trading, and an end to the dark money that drowns out your voice. And I will make the federal government live within its means, the way every family in this district already has to.
